The following information is intended to help you get the most benefit from the services we offer.

We have an automated telephone system with queue. You will be able to choose options to take you directly to the right person, eg appointments, prescriptions and the GP Secretaries for queries on hospital referrals and hospital appointments.

There are times when the phones are particularly busy, especially from 8.00am to 10.00am. If your call is not urgent and could wait until later in the day this would be most helpful.

Please make sure that the contact information we have for you is kept up to date. There are times when we may need to contact you quickly, e.g if the doctor or nurse you have an appointment with is unavailable at short notice

If you are unable to keep an appointment you have made with us please tell us as soon as possible so that we may offer it to someone else.
